Blue Green Lasers for underwater applications

Using (Blue-Green) Laser Technology based on Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) to establish communication from a ship or an aircraft to a submarine. This technology will provide a communication between a dived submarine and surface ship or an aircraft thus maintaining the stealth of the submarine.
