Being SEBI registered also ensures that investments done by Lead Angels Fund meet governance and compliance standards for the investors and no angel tax hassle for start-ups.
The network has grown rapidly and currently has 300+ members in India, Middle East, Europe and North America. The network members have access to presentations and investor discussions through video conference calls and their recordings available online.
