Auto extraction of topographic features

The proposal is to use AI/ ML to automatically extract manmade topographic features. It is proposed to generate a model which can extract building footprints, roads, railway lines and tracks in the first phase.

Future Expectation from the prototype / Technology developed

The AI/ML based solution to extract natural topographical features from satellite imagery will be used at Comd. & Cont. centres to ensure accurate map generation within shortest possible time span thereby ensuring faster decision making.
