Development of “Spark type Ignitor box and ignitors”

Ignition unit is required for ignition of fuel air mixture in the combustor of a gas turbine engine during engine start phase. This unit consists of a low voltage high-energy ignition box, high voltage leads (2 nos.) and spark plugs (2 nos.)
