Create a safer environment for handling volatile & hazardous chemicals: Development of Suitable Process for Composition Manufacture & Filling of Smoke Shell.

Smoke composition is made of TiCl4 & CaSio3. TiCl4 is tough to handle, as it is a volatile liquid and in contact with humid air it forms opaque clouds.  Reaction of TiCl4 with air is an exothermic reaction and poses a safety hazard if not handled appropriately. Suitable methodology to be devised for:

1. Handling of TiCl4
2. Absorption of TiCl4 with CaSio3 (Hydrous pulverised calcium silicate)
3. Filling of compositions in the Smoke Shell
