Caged Drone with TIC for fire fighting in confined spaces

To design caged drone with TIC for fire-fighting in confined spaces. To allow user to control fire fighter robot, which is essentially UAV/Drone with TIC making it capable for detecting seat of fire as well as presence of human in smoke filled compartments.
