Seamless and continuous domination of 1843 km of Indo Myanmar Border

The entire Indo Myanmar Border is porous, suffers from fractured terrain and the altitude differential is from Mean Sea Level to 12000 feet. The entire border is unfenced and due to the previsions of Free Move Regime (move of persons up to 16 km on either side) there are issues pertaining to seamless domination and surveillance of persons crossing the Indo Myanmar Border from security and smuggling point of view.
The solution should have the following:-
         1.    All weather.
         2.    Day and Night capability
         3.    Expendable database
