Secure indigenous AIS for platform identification

Develop an indigenous AIS for secure transmission of positional and navigation data between own ships and boats. This shall include development of a device capable of transmitting data like a regular AIS and secure channel for transferring data between own ships and boats. The system shall be installed onboard boats/ crafts alongwith a ruggedized portable display to enable boats in identifying own ship (over secure trnsmission) and other vessels in vicinity.
