Tracking of location of tools gauges in Aircraft Industry

Aircraft Industry uses a variety of tools and gauges during various stages of build-up of aircraft. These are loose tools that are prone to misplacement inside the aircraft due to the nature of work being carried out in highly congested / equipped zones of aircraft bays. Since a fighter aircraft would be undergoing various manoeuvres including roll and inverted flights, these tools/ gauges can become the reason for FOD thereby affecting the safety of the aircraft.
