AI-Driven Propulsion Shaft Alignment and Real-Time Load Diagnostics for Enhanced Shipbuilding Efficiency

Development of an AI powered software integrated with empirical methods to optimize shaft alignment, minimize stress concentrations and ensure reliable performance. Core technology shall include: High-fidelity Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to model shaft behaviour under operational loads. Real-time bearing load and vibration monitoring through integrated sensor systems. Utilization of dynamic alignment techniques accounting for thermal growth and hull deflection.
